District Leaders Engage in Discussion on Technology

Director of Technology and Innovation Dr. Jerrod Blair shared important technology updates and insights into student privacy and data protection during a recent event, hosted by the Dows Lane Elementary School PTSA. 

Dows Lane Elementary School Principal Dr. Andrea Kantor and Assistant Principal Meg Hanson contributed to the discussion, emphasizing the school’s commitment to technology integration. They echoed Dr. Blair’s perspective about seeking a healthy balance between digital learning and hands-on experiences. 

“We are always striving to offer extraordinary instruction, using technology to enhance learning while also ensuring students have opportunities to paint, cut, write and build with their hands,” Dr. Kantor said.
