    CR-S Restorative Practices/Code of Conduct

    1. To develop a district-wide menu of approaches/practices to be used by all staff
    2. To continue district-wide implementation, evaluation and training

     

    Teaching/

    Learning

    1. To continue to provide professional development in the areas of implicit bias, CRSE framework
    2. To engage student voices that will inform future professional learning as well as teaching and learning in classes
    3. To reflect on instructional practices being utilized in the classroom  focused on community, culture, and belonging

     

    Hiring, Retention, and Recruitment

    1. To reflect on and refine hiring practices using a community, culture, and belonging lens
    2. To enhance mentoring efforts for all new staff

     

    Community Engagement

    1. Introduce the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report to the school community; identify RCA findings; seek community feedback on priorities
    2. Enhance communications to become more culturally responsive
    3. Increase outreach to and participation of families of color and those who have been historically marginalized
