Transportation Information

  • Do you need to contact Ardsley Transportation about a route question or concern about your child's bus route? If so, please fill out the form at the link below. This will be more efficient than calling Ardsley Transportation and it will also record your concern for follow-up.

    Transportation Request Form

The District provides busing for all students who live .25 miles from their elementary school or 1.25 miles from the Middle or High School.  Parents do not need to register for busing - this is automatically done each year based on active school registrations. If a family does not intend to use district busing, they should contact the Transportation Department at 914 295-5544 or transportation@ardsleyschools.org.

The Transportation Portal is open. Please check back for updated information.

SPECIAL MESSAGE: Families are advised to check the Parent Portal especially by the end of the day on Friday September 2nd, 2022 to be sure you have the latest student school bus transportation schedules and times

Student bus assignments are available on our online transportation portal, which you can access via this link: transportation.ardsleyschools.org.  A link to instructions for logging in may be found on the main Transportation page.

Log-in instructions may be found here Instructions for using Transportation Portal**

    IMPORTANT NOTE TO PARENTS:

    • Students should be at the bus stop 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled AM pick-up time. Buses are permitted to leave within that 5-minute window.
    • Afternoon arrival times are approximate and can vary day to day based on school dismissal procedures and/or traffic conditions.
    • Please check the portal frequently during the first few weeks of school since time adjustments may need to be made to allow for students being added to or removed from your route.
    • Students need to get used to their bus routine, so there could be delays of up to 10-30 minutes in bus arrivals during the first weeks of school.
