The District Wide Safety Plan which was adopted in September of 2020 has been amended to incorporate new laws (Section 27-c of the New York Labor Law and Section 2801-a(2)(m) of Education Law). Essentially the changes request that the plan provide more detailed information on protocols for responding to a declared public health emergency involving a communicable disease. The revisions were coordinated by the District Wide Safety Team and our security consultant, Altaris Consulting.
