Vacation COVID-19 Reporting

The Irvington UFSD will be closed for Winter Recess Monday, February 15th through Friday, February 19th. During time, it is necessary for all school community members to continue to adhere to all New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) requirements related to social distance, congregating and travel.

If a member of your family has: tested positive for COVID-19, has been identified as a close contact of someone who has tested positive or you travel outside of New York during the Winter Recess, please be sure to complete the COVID-19 questionnaire that is linked here and posted on the District website.

Submissions will be reviewed throughout the vacation period.
