IMS Students Exploring Interests and Inspiring Involvement at the Club Fair

Irvington Middle School students gathered in the theater this fall to explore the wide range of after-school clubs and activities available for the 2025–2026 school year. From baking, theater, and art to debate, chess, yoga, and community service, students discovered new ways to get involved and connect with peers beyond the classroom.

The event began with an introduction to this year’s offerings, followed by an opportunity for sixth graders and new seventh and eighth graders to visit tables hosted by club ambassadors. Returning students shared their experiences, answered questions, and encouraged their classmates to join in.

This year’s Club Fair highlighted more than 25 opportunities for students to engage in learning and leadership beyond the school day. From academic and creative pursuits such as Debate Club, Math Club, Science Olympiad, and Drama Club to service and community-oriented groups like Diversity Alliance, Student Council, and the Youthful Hearts Initiative, students explored activities that reflect their individual interests and passions. Wellness-focused options such as Yoga Club and Walking Club also encouraged balance and mindfulness.

With so many ways to participate, Irvington Middle School students are ready for a year filled with creativity, collaboration, and discovery.
